The Sculptor 078S electric grinder is a novelty of Timemore for 2022. It has a patented mechanism of grinding stones, which the company developed for two years in cooperation with Grindinglabs. Thanks to three rows of teeth, the grinding process is more precise and the amount of fine particles is smaller. Another patent is the so-called 'knock' system, which reduces the retention of ground particles. Since slower speeds reduce the amount of fine particles, the Sculptor 078S Grinder allows you to adjust the RPM (revolutions per minute) for optimal size distribution of the ground coffee.
