Refund policy

- Return and cancellation accepted within 14 days only after receiving the order.
- Returned items must be in good condition, not used and cartoon as received.

- For return and cancellation, the bank fees and any related charges will be deducted. Such as shopify commission, bank transactions, My Fatoorah commission, and delivery charges.

- Some items could not be returned for any reason: Coffee beans, ceramic cups and opened items.
