The story:

Three generations have worked to improve the quality of coffee beans at Riverdale Estate, located in the Eastern Ghat Mountains of Yerecaud, South India. Prakashan Balaraman, a young man passionate about growing coffee beans, has challenged traditional coffee cultivation and processing practices. In the last ten years, Riverdale Estate has transformed into modern agricultural practices, from a state-of-the-art tasting laboratory and energy-efficient grinding station to drip irrigation systems for plants, African-style raised beds for drying coffee, and a tightly controlled storage room, creating an integrated environment for producing perfect crops.
