This is a Colombian extended fermentation coffee, comes from Tolima department, Fresno city, grown at 1400 meters in Don Elias farm. Coffee varietal is Caturra.

We present it in a medium roast suitable for filter and espresso producing a full body, with notes of blackberry, black grape, pear, and raisin sweetness.
