This practical, bottomless knock box, made of robust 3 mm thick stainless steel, can be recessed into a work surface or countertop. For the open-bottom knock box, a waste bin or other container must be placed under the open knock box drawer. The knock bar has an aluminum core and is coated with food-grade silicone for cushioning.
