This exceptional coffee bean is all the way from the historic Al-Haymah region of Yemen and represents an exceptional example of traditional Yemeni agriculture in this mountainous area.  

In the cup, complex and pronounced fruity notes are observed, characterized by concentrated layers of blueberry, dried fig, white grape, and honey.

Expect a thick, syrupy body with balanced sweetness and acidity , shaped by Yemen’s high-altitude mountain farms.
