FriedHats Brazil 061 - Espresso 250g

Another microlot from the Andrade Brothers’ Sao Silvestre farm, this Yellow Icatu varietal has some real complexity not always found in Brazilian coffees. 

Grown at 1100 - 1200 masl, the naturally processed 061 has some clean bright acidity which balances with a classic smooth nuttiness. 

The farm has been active since 1901, and since the brothers took over in the 70s they’ve won multiple awards for their outputs. Lots from this farm have blown us away and their dedication to quality is always present.
