تُزرع على ارتفاع يصل إلى 2021 مترًا فوق سطح البحر، ما يساهم في تطوير نكهات معقدة وواضحة، مع طابع عطري غني وشخصية فريدة في الكوب.

تنتمي هذه القهوة إلى سلالات Ethiopian Heirloom التقليدية، وتمت معالجتها بالطريقة الطبيعية (Natural Grade 1)، لتُبرز نكهاتها الفاكهية المميزة وحلاوتها الطبيعية.

يتميز الكوب بإيحاءات نابضة من الكرز وعنب الكشمش الأسود، مع حموضة مشرقة ومتوازنة، وقوام مخملي، ونهاية حلوة تدوم طويلًا بعد كل رشفة.

Uraga – Ethiopia 🇪🇹

From the legendary highlands of Guji Uraga, specifically the smallholder farms of Gumero, comes Uraga coffee — a remarkable representation of Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage.

Grown at elevations reaching 2021 meters above sea level, this coffee develops exceptional complexity, vibrant aromatics, and a distinctive cup profile.

Produced from traditional Ethiopian Heirloom varieties and processed using the Natural Grade 1 method, it showcases the bright fruit character and sweetness that Ethiopian coffees are renowned for.

The cup reveals expressive notes of cherry and blackcurrant, complemented by balanced acidity, a silky mouthfeel, and a lingering sweet finish.
